Getting Started with Yoga

To book classes create an account – click below. Register and book in your own name, you can’t do it on behalf of others.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of your booked class. You should be sitting ready in the studio 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.

New to yoga? The best place to start yoga is with our short foundation course.We have created this for complete beginners and those who’ve had a break from yoga.

Already practise yoga? You can join at level 1 or beyond. Drop us an email telling us how much recent yoga experience you have so that we can allocate you a level in our system. Click for details of levels.

About foundation courses

Our foundation courses last for 6¼ hours, spread over five sessions of 1¼  hours each. Maximum group size is 8. The cost of the whole course is £65.00

When you complete the course you receive three months’ free membership of the Centre and may join any level 1 or level 1/2 class. These courses tend to fill quickly so early booking is advised. Click on the links below to book.

Please check the dates you are booking on the foundation course and that you can attend these dates. Once you have made your booking it cannot be changed or transferred to other dates.

Is a foundation course suitable for me?

No previous experience is necessary. Having an inflexible body or minor aches and pains is not a bar! However, if you have any medical issues or injuries or if you are simply not sure if it’s for you then it’s best to talk to us first so that we can advise you which of our classes would best meet your needs.
